Conkers: Winter Wonderland
Upon arrival, you’ll receive vouchers, a map, and a schedule to guide your visit. Hop aboard the Elf Loco Conkachoo Train for a trip across to Waterside, where you’ll meet Bouncer the Elf at the Amphitheatre Kiosk. Bouncer will then open the portal to Winter Wonderland, and your magical journey to Santa’s Grotto begins, offering plenty of festive fun along the way.

Start your magical journey to the North Pole by meeting one of Santa’s Elves, who will guide you through the enchanted Discovery Trail. Start your festive journey at the North Pole post office, where you can write a letter to Father Christmas. Finally, choose your very own toy from the toy shop before viewing your memorable photos.

Planters Tamworth also offer a meet Father Christmas in a Real Reindeer Grotto. Selly Manor Museum: Santa's Grotto
Visit Selly Manor's Santa’s Grotto for a special Christmas experience. Plus, get into the festive spirit by helping Santa's Elves prepare for Christmas in their workshop, experience magical storytelling, and take part in crafts.
Selly Manor Museum recommends allowing at least 1 hour for your experience either before or after your 20-minute timeslot to take part in everything. During your 20-minute timeslot, you will be welcomed upstairs into Santa's Grotto to meet the elves and then invited to see Father Christmas.
How much? Tickets are £11 per child, there is no need to book adults because they are free! The gift from Father Christmas is suitable from birth. Each group must have a minimum of one paying child. An additional child under 12 months (babies in arms) who is accompanying a full-paying child and does not want a present can join for free.

Meet Father Christmas at The Firs
The Firs will be transformed into a magical Christmas wonderland, with twinkling lights and festive trees setting the scene.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by an elf who will guide you through a range of enchanting activities, including visiting Father Christmas in his cosy cottage, where he’ll listen to your Christmas wishes and give you a gift. You’ll also help sort letters and parcels in the North Pole sorting office, write your own letter at the letter station, and create a beautiful decoration at the craft workshop. Keep an eye out for Father Christmas’s missing reindeer in the gardens, and don’t forget to capture the moment in his sleigh before enjoying festive treats at Little Al’s Café.
